Terms and Conditions
Design Services Terms: MDG Graphics will only accept design requests via e-mail or our website. The e-mail address for MDG Graphics is MDGGRAPHIC@GMAIL.COM. Users can submit requests to the e-mail inbox via the CONTACT US PAGE. All other modes for requests will be directed towards e-mail.
Turnaround time: Initial design proof will be delivered 3-5 business days after all design details are provided, unless otherwise communicated. Designs needed sooner than standard turnaround are subject to a rush fee.
Payment: At the time of proof delivery, payment balance is due. Final design files will not be released while there is a balance. No new projects can begin if client has outstanding balances. Two (2) edits are included in pricing, additional changes will incur a change fee. Print Prices are not included in the pricing guide (unless stated).
Accepted payment methods: CashApp | Venmo | Zelle | PayPal | Checks. All invoicing and estimates will be sent via PayPal.
Wedding Design Services Terms: Purchasing any of our collection packages includes a 30 minute design consultation. Deposits are required prior to work being started. Printing (unless stated otherwise) is an additional cost. Print costs will be discussed after consultation.
